Place your order, remember these come in sheets of 70. After placing your order, Choose a high-resolution, high quality photo of the special person or persons. To get the best result, use a photo with high contrast, a very simple background (not busy), and make sure the features are clearly lit and not in shadow. If you reside in the U.S. - We use USPS standard, Priority mail 3-4 days, and USPS Express 1-2 days. Please understand standard mail is "snail" mail and there are no guarantees. We will get it processed in 1 to 3 days, but we are not responsible if USPS slows down the process. With that said, you SHOULD receive your package in 3 to 7 mailing days from the day you place the order if you choose standard mail. Read PRIORITY upgrade processing/shipping times below. Thanks!
If you reside in the U.S. and would like to upgrade to USPS EXPRESS, we will process in 1 business day. Your order should take 1 to 2 business days to receive. USPS PRIORITY shipping, we will process your order in 1 to 2 business days. With that said it should be on your doorstep in about 3 to 5 mailing days from the day you place the order. Please select the shipping upgrade in your cart before checkout. Please note the USPS statement below:
"USPS priority delivery service states that your package should arrive in 2 to 3 days from the ship date, however priority mail remains a non-guaranteed service. The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date."
All wine charms will arrive in damask kraft gift bag. Some, such as our personalized charms will also have a custom label with initial/bridal party. If you have a special request, please let us know and we will do our best to make it happen!
We welcome most international orders. We can not guarantee how long for delivery as every now and then it might get held up in customs. We can tell you that the average time is 7 to 14 days...again we cannot guarantee this. If you reside in a country that I am not currently shipping to, please contact me and I will be happy to set up a custom order. For PRIORITY outside of the U.S. please contact me before placing your order & I will discuss the price and create a custom order for you. Thanks!
Please keep in mind I ship in 1 to 2 days, if you choose to cancel your order and the product has already shipped before you cancelled, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and you will be refunded the amount of the product only once you have returned the package in it's original condition.
If you have a change of heart, you have 3 business days from the day you received the order to contact me about a return prior to shipping an item back. You will be responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping and will only be reimbursed for the price of the item(s). You will not be reimbursed until I receive the package.
If there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to address the problem. Most orders will receive a tracking number which does help against loss, of course there are no guarantees. We will work with the buyer on a case by case basis to come to a conclusion we are both content with if your package is lost by the USPS.
Please double check you have the exact mailing address before you place your order, as if the address is incorrect that could lead to improper delivery or risk of loss.
Damaged items- If an item arrives damaged, We might ask for the item to be returned for proof of damage or possibly a photo. We will also discuss options of refund or replacement.
Duty/custom/VAT fees are taxes imposed by a country on their residents. Therefore they are the responsibility of the buyer, as it is your country that is taxing you. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase if you are not in the United States as you, the buyer, will be responsible for all fees that might be incurred upon delivery. Thanks!
