I started selling these as wine glass charms and was surprised to hear how many brides used them on their bouquets too! Great idea! Each charm you add, you will select an Initial (A-Z) from the drop down menu and also choose the bridal party position: Bride, Groom, Best Man, Maid Of Honor, Mother Of Bride, Father Of Bride, Mother Of Groom, Father Of Groom, Groomsman, Bridesmaid, Usher, Brother, Sister, Grandmother, Special Niece, Aunt Of Groom, Aunt Of Bride, Sister Of Groom, Sister Of Bride, Grandma & Matron Of Honor. The list is endless...I also have a blank heart...the design on this varies slightly to the one shown. I don't do the actual metal stamping, so please note that I can't change the wording. These charms only come in "silver tone." I don't have "gold tone." Thanks!

If you reside in the U.S. - We use USPS standard 4-6 days, Priority mail 3-4 days, and USPS Express 1-2 days. Please understand there are no guarantees. We will get it processed in 1 to 3 days, but we are not responsible if USPS slows down the process. We also ship international and depending where you reside it can take 7 to 20 days USPS standard mail.
If you reside in the U.S. and would like to upgrade to USPS EXPRESS or PRIORITY we will do our best to process in 1 business day. Once processed EXPRESS shipping takes 1 to 2 days and PRIORITY takes 3 to 4 days. Please select the shipping upgrade in your cart before checkout. Please note the USPS statement about PRIORITY ship below:
"USPS priority delivery service states that your package should arrive in 2 to 3 days from the ship date, however priority mail remains a non-guaranteed service. All wine charms will arrive in damask kraft gift bag. Some, such as our personalized charms will also have a custom label with initial/bridal party. If you have a special request, please let us know and we will do our best to make it happen!
We welcome most international orders. We can not guarantee how long for delivery as every now and then it might get held up in customs. We can tell you that the average time is 7 to 14 days...again we cannot guarantee this. If you reside in a country that I am not currently shipping to, please contact me and I will be happy to set up a custom order. For PRIORITY outside of the U.S. please contact me before placing your order & I will discuss the price and create a custom order for you. Thanks!
Please keep in mind I ship in 1 to 2 days, if you choose to cancel your order and the product has already shipped before you cancelled, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and you will be refunded the amount of the product only once you have returned the package in it's original condition.
If you have a change of heart, you have 3 business days from the day you received the order to contact me about a return prior to shipping an item back. You will be responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping and will only be reimbursed for the price of the item(s). You will not be reimbursed until I receive the package.
If there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to address the problem. Most orders will receive a tracking number which does help against loss, of course there are no guarantees. We will work with the buyer on a case by case basis to come to a conclusion we are both content with if your package is lost by the USPS.

Damaged items- If an item arrives damaged, We might ask for the item to be returned for proof of damage or possibly a photo. We will also discuss options of refund or replacement.
Duty/custom/VAT fees are taxes imposed by a country on their residents. Therefore they are the responsibility of the buyer, as it is your country that is taxing you.
