    What type of shipping options do you have within the U.S.?

    If you reside in the U.S. - We use USPS standard 4-6 days, Priority mail 3-4 days, and USPS Express 1-2 days. Please understand there are no guarantees. We are not responsible if USPS slows down the process. We also ship international and depending where you reside it can take 7 to 20 days USPS standard mail.

    How Long For Priority Shipping Upgrade and USPS Express in The U.S.?

    If you reside in the U.S. and would like to upgrade to USPS EXPRESS or PRIORITY, once processed EXPRESS shipping takes 1 to 2 days and PRIORITY takes 3 to 4 days. Please select the shipping upgrade in your cart before checkout. Please note the USPS statement about PRIORITY ship below:

    "USPS priority delivery service states that your package should arrive in 2 to 3 days from the ship date, however priority mail remains a non-guaranteed service. The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date."

    Gift Wrapping and Packaging

    All wine charms will arrive in damask kraft gift bag. Some, such as our personalized charms will also have a custom label with initial/bridal party. If you have a special request, please let us know and we will do our best to make it happen!

    How long will it take to get my order if I reside outside the U.S.?

    We welcome most international orders. We can not guarantee how long for delivery as every now and then it might get held up in customs. We can tell you that the average time is 7 to 14 days...again we cannot guarantee this. If you reside in a country that I am not currently shipping to, please contact me and I will be happy to set up a custom order. For PRIORITY outside of the U.S. please contact me before placing your order & I will discuss the price and create a custom order for you. Thanks!

    How are returns & cancellations handled?

    How are damaged and lost item(s) Handled?

    If there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to address the problem. Most orders will receive a tracking number which does help against loss, of course there are no guarantees. We will work with the buyer on a case by case basis to come to a conclusion we are both content with if your package is lost by the USPS.

    Please double check you have the exact mailing address before you place your order, as if the address is incorrect that could lead to improper delivery or risk of loss.

    Damaged items- If an item arrives damaged, We might ask for the item to be returned for proof of damage or possibly a photo. We will also discuss options of refund or replacement.

    Explain Duty/custom/VAT fees

    Duty/custom/VAT fees are taxes imposed by a country on their residents. Therefore they are the responsibility of the buyer, as it is your country that is taxing you.
